For over seventy years, La Piola has been telling the story of Milanese culinary tradition with authentic dishes, prepared using genuine ingredients and a deep respect for recipes passed down through generations. The great classics of Milanese cuisine take center stage in our daily menu: from saffron risotto with ossobuco, served according to the traditional recipe, to bone-in Milanese-style cutlet, paired with simple side dishes.
In winter, we also serve braised beef with porcini mushrooms and polenta taragna, alongside lesser-known yet symbolic dishes like riso al salto or nervetti with onions.
Valtellina specialties like sciatt and pizzoccheri also make an appearance, celebrating the richness of Lombardy’s culinary tradition. Each dish is a gesture of continuity, an invitation to rediscover the taste of care.

From pappardelle with porcini mushrooms to ravioli with braised meat ragù, from mondeghili served with giardiniera to risotto with guinea fowl saltimbocca and asparagus — every recipe is born from the desire to welcome our guests with honest flavors, in a warm and familiar atmosphere.
